TRD Exhaust Manifold

Further performance improvements achieved with the intake/exhaust system.

�Developed by combining TRD's racing engine technology, which has been nurtured on a host of racing fields, with the rich store of standard car data that only TRD has collected.
�Through rigorous engine bench testing, we adopt the product that has most improved overall engine performance from an average of more than 20 prototypes.
�Optimization of the pipe length to achieve excellent exhaust efficiency has improved response, output, and torque as well.
�Stays can be installed to keep the standard heat shield intact. By attaching the heat shield, you can protect surrounding parts from damage just like with the factory-installed manifold.
�Made entirely of stainless steel to achieve high durability.
�Comes with new gaskets.

�How to make sure the applicable type
1:Engine No.
MT model: Part No. 17100-ZE200 is applicable to engine before "00118565"(Part No. 17100-ZE210 is applicable to engine after "00118566")
AT model: Part No. 17100-ZE200 is applicable to engine before "00118569"(Part No. 17100-ZE210 is applicable to engine after "00118570")
?Engine No. is curved on cylinder back right upper side of clutch housing

2:Heat insulator shape
Part No. 17100-ZE200 is applicable to engine that heat insulator has no cuts around cylinder head.
Part No. 17100-ZE210 is applicable to engine that heat insulator has cuts around cylinder head.
?Please use mirror to make sure if there is cuts or not, as it's impossible to see it directly.



1:Max. output increases approx. 15kW(20ps) and max. torque increases 20N?m(2kgf?m) in case this products, high compression piston, exclusive piston ring, sports air filter and high response muffler ver.s are installed at the same time. Orders for 2ZZ-GE enigne complete installation is receivable at TRD Direct Shop TAMA.
2:Max. output increases approx. 11kW(15ps) and max. torque increases 7.5N?m(0.8kgf?m) in case this products,Inlet Duct(17751-ZW300),High Response Muffler Ver.S(17400-ZW300)are installed at the same time.
3:Max. output increases approx. 7.4kW(10ps) and max. torque increases 5.9N?m(0.6kgf?m) in case this products,High Response Muffler Ver.S,TRD Sports Air Filter are installed at the same time.
4:Max. output increases approx. 7kW(9ps) and max. torque increases 6N?m(0.6kgf?m) in case this products,High Response Muffler Ver.S,TRD Sports Air Filter are installed at the same time.

Down Under's TRD Aurion: Food for Thought for Toyota Camry' Owners!

Toyota Australia introduced a supercharged Aurion enhanced with TRD performance parts. The original 3.5L V6 engine has been forced-fed via a bolt-on Eaton (Twin Vortices Series, TVS) supercharger. Locally conceptualised and made, TRD Aurion is the most powerful Toyota ever seen in Down Under. It will shoot from 0 to 100km/h in 6.1seconds, while top speed is artificially limited to 250km/h.

The icing-on the-cake must be the 329hp and 400Nm supercharged engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift. To keep this power civilised and tamed on the tarmac, the souped-up Aurion also wears sports suspension, high perforamance brakes, 19-inch alloy wheels & sport tyres, TRD grille, front and rear bumpers, side skirt and rear spoilers.
