Top Gear Spotted in Italy with Three Hot Hatches
If there is one television crew that is almost impossible to go by unnoticed (at least by the male population) anywhere they go in the world, it is the hosts of BBC�s widely popular Top Gear program. Citroen C3 Picasso Recalled in the UK because the Brakes can be Activated from the Passenger Side!
Citroen announced it will recall over 20,000 C3 Picasso models sold in the United Kingdom for a rather unusual reason. It seems that the car's brakes can be activated accidentally by the front passenger when pushing their feet into the footwell! The discovery was made by a BBC TV show called Watchdog that was alerted about the problem from a cleaning company owning three C3 Picassos.
The reason for this malfunction is a manufacturing flaw occurring in France during the right-hand drive assembly of the C3 Picasso for the UK market. Even though the brake pedal is switched to the right, it remains connected to a mechanism on the left passenger side, BBC's Watchdog explained. It was discovered that the mechanism was covered only by a thin piece of felt, and that it could be easily activated by the passenger�s feet.

Citroen Reveals Family-Sized DS5 Crossover ahead of Shanghai Premiere
Citroen has officially dropped photos and information on its all-new DS5, which is the latest addition to its DS sub-brand and the largest one yet. Measuring 4.52 meters in length, 1.50 meters in height and 1.85 m in width, the DS5 sits between the C4 and the C5 in Citroen's range, with the company describing the car as an alternative to the more conventional C5 with a higher ground clearance, more refined interior and a crossover shape.

Citroen has now confirmed a new concept car for next week�s Frankfurt Motor Show, the DS Revolte Concept. We can see that the logo on the bonnet that suggests that the concept will be part of the new DS range of models recently revived by the French automaker Citroen. From what we know until now, the only model that was confirmed by Citroen as being a part of the DS range is the Citroen DS3 super mini.
The interior of the car is extremely futuristic and so is the exterior of the car. Unfortunately we do not have any other official information. Still, from the car pictures we can see a DS3 sub model that is clearly inspired from the iconic Citroen 2CV. We are sure that we will get more information regarding the Citroen DS Revolte very soon.

Citroen will officially revealed in production form today ahead of its world debut at next month's Frankfurt Motor Show. The DS3 is the first model from Citroen's brand new DS line that revives the "D�esse" badge and will eventually comprise of three upscale vehicles including a Golf-sized DS4 compact model and a mid-sized DS5 luxury car.Just like the MINI which is considered one of the closest rivals to the DS3, Citroen will offer buyers the ability to customize the exterior and interior of their cars. In addition to a wide range of body shades, the DS3's roof is available in a choice of four colors (Black, White, Blue and Red), while the wing mirrors and rubbing strips can be personalized in colors or chrome finish. Furthermore, the wheels and wheel centers are available in a wide spectrum of shades.
The DS3, which will be offered exclusively as a three-door hatch, shares its underpinning with the new C3. It measures 3.95m in length, 1.71m in width and 1.46m in height.
There are 2 diesel engines to power the car which able to produce 90hp and 110hp while other 3 petrol engines that capable to produce 95hp, 120hp and 150hp (turbo) with either 5 or 6 speed manual gearbox will be equipped to the car. The new DS3 will go on sale in most European markets by early 2010.
